THE WORKSHOP

Downforce 3D is a one-person maker studio built at the intersection of endurance sports, motorsports, and precision 3D printing.

Our Story

It started with a simple question: what if you could hold your race in your hands? Not a medal or a bib number, but the actual terrain, the elevation, every turn of the course that pushed you to your limit?

That idea became Downforce 3D. We take raw GPS data, the same files your watch records when you cross a finish line, and transform it into a physical artifact. A hex with raised topographic relief that you can see, touch, and mount on your wall.

The same process applies to the tracks we love as motorsports fans. The corners of Road Atlanta, the elevation changes at Watkins Glen, the flowing curves of Laguna Seca, all rendered in 3D with the same attention to detail.

Every hex is designed and printed in-house in our Georgia workshop. No outsourcing. No templates. Each piece is made to order, one at a time, because your race deserves more than mass production.
