Free Over $99 USD
Orders over $99 USD ship free to the US and Canada. Below that it's a flat $8 anywhere in the US (or $15 for Express) and a flat $20 to Canada. All prices are in USD; Canadian orders are converted to CAD at checkout.
Production Time
Every hex is made to order. Most orders ship within two weeks. We'll email you tracking information once your hex is on its way.
No Returns on Custom Orders
Because every hex is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We review every order for accuracy before printing and will reach out if there are any questions about your customization.
Damaged Orders
If your hex arrives damaged during shipping, contact us at contact@downforce3d.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or another solution.
