Shipping policy

Where we ship. The United States and Canada.

What it costs. US orders ship for a flat $8, or $15 for Express. Canada is a flat $20. Shipping is free to both countries on orders over $99 USD.

Prices are in USD. Canadian orders are converted to CAD at checkout at the prevailing rate. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed on delivery.

Production time. Every hex is made to order and printed one at a time. Most orders ship within two weeks. You'll get tracking by email once yours is on its way, and delivery usually takes a further 3–5 business days.

Arrived damaged? Email josh@downforce3d.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
