Email contact@downforce3d.com and a human will answer. Downforce 3D is a small operation, so the person who replies to you is the same person who prints your hex. We reply to every email, usually the same day and always within two business days.

Asking about an order you have already placed? Include your order number and we can tell you exactly where it is.

Changes to an order. Need to swap a circuit, a route colour, or the engraved edge text? Email us as soon as you can. We can usually make the change before your hex enters production, but not once printing has started.

Something arrived damaged. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Wholesale, clubs and events. We work with tracks, clubs and retailers on volume orders. Email the same address and tell us roughly what you have in mind.
